They offer a dependable, economical and hassle-free alternative to chain drives. DURA-PREMIUM TORQUE synchronous belts feature a classic trapezoidal tooth profile. The tooth profile is low and has a large surface area at the tip of the tooth providing good support on sliding conveyor surfaces. They are manufactured with a heavy duty, woven, nylon based fabric tooth covering. The helically wound tensile cords are engineered, twisted and chemically set stranded fiberglass material. They are made with a high temperature chloroprene polymer throughout the belt, and are proven through thousands of hours of customer use to be durable and dependable.
